Fixes

· Baseline Detective option is sometime unavailable from the main Audio menu (.329)

· Cannot cancel transferred audiogram. Affects audiometers (RA250/RA400/Microlab/Earscan) (.328)

· Special Pre-RMA lay-out not exporting. (.325)

· Print button unavailable on employee selection screen. (.325)

· Export occasionally produced the “RegnoLast2” and “AllTrim” error. (.325)

· Incorrect “transfer” database supplied with release (.323) – This affects RA500 audiometers only

· “Selecting data” dialog in Report menu does not close unless Esc is pressed – bug in “320” now fixed

· Error 1012 “error in array index A (1) of (4)” – A widely reported problem – Although erroneously reported fixed in release 2.04.311, it is now fixed.

· Error on “DbCloseAll” – A problem reported when allocating individual transferred records from the RA500 audiometer. It is now fixed. (This error was first reported in version 2.03.304)

· Detail Audiogram print procedure sometimes hangs when printing the first employee on the employee list.

· When making the export folder the same folder as the Everest installation folder then further export is not possible.

· Available disk space misreported.

· "Auto print" when used to print several allocated records at once, prints the last name selected on all reports.

· "Auto print" from audio menu uses excessive memory and sometimes freezes program.

· XP Professional – Occasionally the Login screen did not appear as Everest went into a long wait to try to access unavailable startup files.

· Parameter has a wrong data type :.not. <W+/N,W+/…> when saving audiometric results. (AS216 Audiometer 2 Console).

· Parameter has a wrong data type :LbUp occasionally seen when clicking a button.

· Baseline detective date selection with Details Print – One button operation.   Now also supports audiogram export.

· Export All or Baseline audiograms to a, MS-Excel compatible, CSV file.
First testing addition to be used to export records to Rand Mutual Association.

Window positions saved for following access, this helps the user determine which audiometer is in use.

· Everest may now be installed in a folder that has a name containing spaces, for example: -
"c:\Program Files\Everest 2.03".

· Folder names may contain any MS-Windows acceptable special characters.  The full path should NOT exceed 128 characters.

· Modern setup program:  Allows program launch at end of installation. 

· Installation from CD or Internet copies all installation files to the folder ...\Everest\install.

Revised items

· Report "Written Analysis" now includes the statistics for PLH-Shift from Baseline.
Will now always print even if Schillings Category is in error.

· Report "Educate/Investigate" now includes PLH-shift from Baseline.

· Layout of the report "Recommended for Referral Report".

· Report summary will no longer be split over two pages.
Summary will also only print when printing all records.

· "Brief Audiogram History" report now include both Baseline and Baseline Comparison audiograms.
Baseline Comparison audiogram will only print if a Baseline audiogram is found for the same date.

· Baseline date, on employee find screen, will only appear if there is a valid Baseline/Baseline Comparison pair.
Note: - Use "Force Recalculation of Calculation Selections" to clear the date of any previous incorrect Baseline and/or Compensation entries.
Always the date of the latest valid Baseline or Compensation audiogram will be used.
Note: - Remember there should only ever be one Baseline audiogram.

· Baseline Shift value will reflect "?" on Baseline audiograms only when the Baseline/Baseline Comparison pair are invalid.

· Report default selection criteria excludes Baseline Comparision audiogram records from all group reports.

· Every audiogram is now unique.  It is no longer possible to create two or more audiograms with the same employee number what is saved for the exact same date and time.

· Force Recalculation button on the Calculation Selections screen.

· Minimum free disk space to load program is approximately 17Mb.  

· Available free disk space for data is recommended at 34Mb.

· Audiogram export layout changed.

· EA icon in the title of each window.

Fixes

· Brief audiogram history - Sometimes shows the previous two audiograms from the immediate preceding employee by employee number.

· AS216 Duo Console window coordinates is defaulting to "console 1's" screen position.

· RA500 Baseline shift was not always calculated when saving an audiogram.

· BTL2000/2025 Operator console and comms removed.

· Percentage Loss of Hearing(PLH) and PLH-Shift calculations.

· Baseline Detective - A feature to automatically select valid and best audiogram as Baseline also identifying marking the baseline comparison audiogram.

· Baseline Comparison report added to the Audio Details report. (will not print if the Baseline is selected for graph printing)

· Lookup entries, on employee edit input screen, can now be enforced.  This is to improve situations where many users enter employee data into Everest. (see Options/Miscellaneous menu) 

· Quick click on Status bar to select Employee - This has been provided to enable the next item.

· From the Audio menu, View, History and Baseline Detective will now bypass the Employee selection screen if employee is already selected. - This excludes a sometimes unnecessary step.

· An addition to the Audiogram Details report - Brief Audiogram history - This optional report contains the First Recorded and the two most recent preceding audiograms. (see Options/Miscellaneous menu) 

· Amplivox PC850 Audiometer communications.

· Maintenance warning message and maintenance in-progress with an auto-exit features.
Everest now uses this feature with "Database Reorganise" and the same can be manually implemented for 3rd party database backup procedures.
This "Multi-User" feature is implemented by creating dummy files in the shared "everest data" folder. These files are "maintreq.txt" and "quitEA.txt", their contents is irrelevant.

Revised items

· Long awaited item, the reintroduction of the "Enter" key features.  No longer does the user need to always click "OK" after a selection.

· Re-enable the "Enter" key function on employee edit and lookup lists.

· Re-enable the "Enter" key function on manual audiogram capture.

Fixes

· Next test schedule print problem - Prints many pages then aborts.

· "Today" selection button on Report Criteria screen - now gives the correct date selection.

· Removed printing of Employee information through Audiometer Console - This caused several errors. 
Please now use Employee/Find or the new Status bar feature for Employee information reporting.

· Error when using archive feature via the any Audiometer Console.
